Atlantic City, NJ, September 27-28, 2008 – Paris Hilton and boyfriend, musician Benji Madden, hit club mur.mur at the Borgata Casino and Spa in Atlantic City over the weekend.  Paris wore vintage clothing, but her accessories were all her own, literally: her handbag was from her own line, and we could tell because it said “Paris Hilton” all over it, kind of like those LVs on Louis Vuitton bags.  Paris’ gold metallic shoes were also from her own line.

Our favorite accessory, however, was worn by the club’s staffers: “Paris for President” pins! 

Paris and Benji were inseparable, holding hands constantly – even while Benji was spinning in the club’s DJ booth.  No dancing on tables for Paris, and our spies say that the newly demure heiress stuck to drinking water and Diet Coke.

New York, July 15, 2008 - We stumbled upon the Gossip Girl set in New York City on Tuesday, where Penn Badgley and Blake Lively were filming a make out scene. Their characters Dan and Serena are lovers in the popular show, and in a life imitates TV scenario, the two are also lovers off screen.

New York, June 19 2008 – There’s the Naked Cowboy in Times Square, and apparently he spawned a female imitator, the Naked Cowgirl (although we personally have never seen her, she has a Web site with photos and video.) 

Perhaps it was their grandmother we ran into yesterday on Times Square?  She billed herself as the “Naked Cowgirl”, but unless the other Naked Cowgirl has aged a lot since she posted the photos on her Web site, it’s safe to say this is a knockoff. 

This being New York, a copyright infringement lawsuit can’t be far off, right?

Los Angeles, April10, 2008 – Mischa Barton was not required to attend her DUI sentencing hearing in Beverly Hills, and so she went shopping while her attorney represented her in the courtroom.  We hope Mischa spent a lot – she ought to be celebrating the fact that she escaped jail time! 

Sporting skinny jeans, suede boots, a cropped leather jacket and a Coke Vintage t-shirt, the actress hit the shops, and later that day, we hear, she jetted off to Australia.

New York, March 4-7, 2008 – OAN happened upon some major stars wandering around New York City last week.  On Tuesday, we found Julia Roberts walking the streets, enjoying the unusually balmy weather.  However, Julia’s understated attire - chic brown coat and trousers, plus enormous matching Birkin bag – was actually her costume from the movie Duplicity, that she’s currently shooting in town.  Hope they let her keep the bag once the movie is in the can!

Later that week, strollers in Central Park were stunned to find a somewhat overdressed Sarah Jessica Parker being primped and pinned and buckled.  It turned out to be a photo shoot for Vogue magazine with legendary photographer Annie Leibovitz.   Chris “Mr. Big” Noth was there, but we wondered where the other Sex and the City stars were.  Jo Piazza at the NY Daily News has the answer in her Full Disclosure column on Sunday – only SJP was invited to promote the film on Vogue’s pages.
