New York, August 14, 2008 – Thursday, we found the Jonas Brothers shooting scenes for their 3-D concert movie for the second day in a row, this time on the other side of Central Park at Columbus Circle. And unlike yesterday, the boys were in costume as iconic New York City tradespeople. Kevin Jonas worked as a hot dog vendor at a street cart, and today we found out Taylor Swift’s role – the country music star was a customer; she bought a hot dog from Kevin! Kevin was not wearing gloves while serving the food – does that meet the city’s health code? Nick Jonas drove one of those horse drawn carriages that tourists and lovers ride through Central Park. Nobody famous was riding in Nick’s carriage, from what we could tell. Joe Jonas played a cop, directing traffic in uniform, but he’d finished his scene before we arrived. Again, it was a hot day, and makeup artists were busy with frequent touch-ups and brow mopping. And there were even more fans than the day before; foreign tourists seemed to have no idea who the Jonas Brothers were – but their kids did. Oh, and we forgot to mention that the previous day, Lorenzo Lamas walked through the park carrying Mary Poppins playbills and accompanied by two little girls, who were thrilled to meet the Jonas Brothers. They offered Lamas and friends seats to watch the taping. Related: Day 1 With the Jonas Brothers in Central Park
