New York, March 17, 2008 – Now that the fourth season of Project Runway has come to a close, Tim Gunn says that he uses his spare time to watch some of Bravo’s other reality shows.  “I’m fascinated by The Real Housewives of New York City”, he told us at the GLAAD Media Awards on Monday.   “I can’t get enough of it.  It’s one giant train wreck.  I mean, you can’t believe these people actually exist”, Gunn said.   He also loves Make Me a Supermodel, and said he’s thrilled that Top Chef is back with what looks like a great season.

Top Chef ?  Does Tim Gunn like to cook?  “I love cooking”, he confided.  “It’s my therapy.  I cook every night”, he told us.  How does he find the time, with his fulltime job as Liz Claiborne Chief Creative Officer on top of the Project Runway gig?   “I make the time, because it really is therapeutic.  It calms me down, it centers me, it brings me into a new place.  It’s great”, he said.   Gunn’s specialty?  “Meat loaf!  I roll it out flat, put grated cheese over and then roll it back up.”
