Los Angeles, February 9-10, 2008 – There was such a rash of well-attended parties surrounding this weekend’s Grammy Awards in red-carpet starved Hollywood that we could barely keep track.   Clive Davis’ legendary pre-Grammy party brought the likes of Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Pink, Paula Abdul, Alicia Keys, Andrea Bocelli, Carrie Underwood and Fergie, just to name a few of the superstars on hand, to the Beverly Hilton on Saturday evening.  Lindsay Lohan even emerged from post-rehab hibernation for Davis’ bash.

After parties were everywhere, and Sony BMG’s – the home of Clive Davis’ record label – was truly star-studded with everyone from Beyonce to the Foo Fighters to John Legend to John Mayer to Tony Bennett toasting the Grammy winners at the Beverly Hills Hotel.  Warner Music hosted Josh Groban, Natalie Cole, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Kid Rock, The Veronicas and Cindy Crawford at the former cathedral Vibiana.

We also made a stop at STK where Usher, Rihanna, Nelly, Amerie, Nas and Kelis and Serena Williams helped Entertainment Weekly honor L.A. ReidJanet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri were the weekend’s most ubiquitous partiers, turning up pretty much everywhere we went, always in different outfits.
