New York, February 12, 2008 – Ryan Reynolds insisted that the bitter cold at the New York premiere of his movie Definitely, Maybe was nothing. “I love it out here – I’m Canadian!” he said at the Ziegfeld Theater in midtown.   “A lot of these premieres are in Los Angeles.  You can’t have a premiere for this movie in Los Angeles. It’s a love letter to New York City”, Reynolds added.  The handsome actor, formerly engaged to Alanis Morissette and currently linked romantically to Scarlett Johansson, said he could relate to the character he plays in the film because the character has “some ups, downs and all-arounds in the love department.” 

Rachel Weisz was surprised to find that Reynolds has a great sense of humor.  “He would make me crack up all the time. He’s very, very funny!” Weisz said.  Elizabeth Banks concurred.  “We had a lot of fun laughing”, Banks said.  Isla Fisher looked terrifically svelte, shivering in the cold only four months after giving birth to a daughter with comic Sacha Baron Cohen.
