New York, December 13, 2007 – While Helen Mirren and Harvey Keitel did not join their cast mates at the big premiere of National Treasure: Book of Secrets, there were a few surprises among the guests.  Original Wonder Woman Lynda Carter, Abigail Breslin and Alan Alda turned out to support Nicolas Cage, Justin Bartha, Diane Kruger and Jon Voight.  Voight greeted Alda warmly, like an old friend.  Voight also brought some family members along to the premiere; no, not his estranged daughter, Angelina Jolie, but rather his brother, Chip Taylor, who, he informed us, wrote the song “Wild Thing”, and several other familiar popular hit songs.  Who knew?  The turnout was all the more surprising considering the miserable snow/ice/rain mixture that soaked the East Coast all day.
