New York, December 11, 2007 – EXCLUSIVE - OAN has exclusive photos of Duane “Dog” Chapman and his wife Beth meeting with Roy Innis, chairman of the civil rights organization Congress of Racial Equality (CORE) on Tuesday. While we were not permitted to stay for the session, a CORE press release states that Innis has agreed to mentor Chapman “in his efforts to seek reconciliation and atonement” for using racially charged language that resulted in the cancellation of his popular A&E reality show, Dog the Bounty Hunter. Dog seemed rather tentative while we were in the room, sitting on a couch across from Innis, who was behind his desk. The CORE release also states that this is the first of a “series of scheduled consultations” between Innis and Chapman. |
