Las Vegas, September 9, 2007 – Not everything that happens in Vegas stays there - we''ve got the scoop on Kid Rock’s altercation with Tommy Lee at MTV’s Video Music Awards on Sunday.  Our well-placed source related that Kid Rock walked off the stage after his performance on the televised award show, and went over to Tommy Lee’s table and told him to "get the f—k up".  Tommy did not rise, so Kid Rock flipped the hat off of Lee’s head, and then punched him in the face two or three times while he was still seated.  Rock was escorted out of the room at the Palms Casino where the VMAs were held.  The fight was not televised, but some people, including Jamie Foxx, joked about it during the live telecast. 

Ironically, Pamela Anderson, the ex-wife of both of the feuding rockers, was at the VMAs, but with Hans Klok, a magician in whose Vegas show she’s been appearing. 

Paris Hilton had an excuse for not wearing a dress from her sister Nicky’s new apparel line, Nicholai, to the VMAs.  At the runway presentation in New York on Sunday evening, Mom Kathy Hilton told us that all of the pieces in the collection were right there at the fashion show.

Newly blonde Nelly Furtado gamely pulled the handle of a slot machine for the cameras, but Alicia Keys balked at the photo op: “I don’t gamble”, she said.  Beyonce arrived late, after the show began (but we managed to get some photos of her.)  On again/off again Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler were on again as of press time on Sunday evening.
