New York, May 8, 2007 – The buzz at the premiere of Georgia Rule was all about the Lindsay Lohan scandal – not the new one about alleged drug use – the old one, when the film’s producers sent her a scathing letter about her poor work ethic, and the letter magically ended up in the press. Reporters at the premiere couldn’t stop asking about all the gossip surrounding Lindsay, and that must have thrilled director Garry Marshall, who said, “Gossip is good! They know who she is!” We were more mesmerized by mama Dina Lohan, who was holding a microphone as a guest correspondent for Entertainment Tonight. Dina tried different things – standing here, standing there, asking what would work best when the cameras were rolling. Unfortunately, we couldn’t catch Dina’s conversation with Lindsay. Certainly, she must have said sternly, “be home at a reasonable hour, young lady”. |
