Los Angeles, February 11, 2007 – The always outspoken Pink was in rare form at the Grammy Awards on Sunday. “It’s CAREY, not Corey”, the singer instructed the hordes of journalists who were calling her husband, motocross biker Carey Hart, by the wrong name at the Staples Center.

When staffers warned Pink’s publicist that she’d taken a wrong turn along the red carpet, the woman insisted that she knew what she was doing. Pink said, loud enough for us to hear, “Yeah, she thinks she knows what she’s doing!”

The group OK Go!, all dressed in identical red and gold suits with red stocking masks covering their faces, apparently couldn’t deal with the lack of treadmills, and dropped, en masse, onto the red carpet.

Shakira and Jennifer Hudson also wore red, and both looked smashing. The Black Eyed Peas’ Will i Am met up with actor Terrence Howard, and the two goofed around for the cameras, but we were mesmerized by Will’s bling – his entire right ear was covered in a diamond-encrusted, ear-shaped cuff. Does that thing get in the way when he talks on the phone?

We were thrilled by the Dixie Chicks’ sweeping Grammy wins. We’ve always been huge fans, and not for their politics, but for their great music.
