New York, February 12, 2007 – Drew Barrymore used the David Letterman show as her dressing room for the premiere of Music and Lyrics, arriving dressed down in jeans, hat and sunglasses, and emerging after her appearance wearing a Donna Karan gown, with perfect hair and makeup, and headed to the Ziegfeld Theater a few blocks away.

Hugh Grant brought his girlfriend, heiress Jemima Khan, to the New York screening. Meanwhile there was a lot of publicist-generated buzz on the red carpet about English actress Alice Eve, who does not appear in the movie. Mortified that we’d never heard of her, we checked IMDB.com, where her showbiz CV is less than sizzling. But apparently Ms. Eve’s sizzle is still to come – she’s going to be a “huge star" now that she’s had lunch with Page Six.
