New York, December 6, 2006 – Now that Oscar season is upon us, the Film Society of Lincoln Center decided to bring in Ben Affleck for a screening of the buzzed about Hollywoodland, and we learned a lot there.

Affleck will spend Christmas with his in-laws, and since his daughter, Violet, just turned one year old, he doesn’t expect to be awake to ring in the new year. But he’s not complaining – he likes being a dad even more than the fact that his beloved Red Sox won the World Series. Ben was noncommittal when asked if he’ll work with Matt Damon again.

Wife Jennifer Garner did not accompany Affleck, but he was in a good mood, joking with reporters, and even pulling a photographer to his side – to show him what it feels like to face so many flashbulbs.
