Los Angeles, November 8, 2006 – Sony distributed a very understated guest list for the PlayStation 3 launch party, but it turned out to be a major blowout, and some called it the party of the year. Held in a vacant former Robinsons-May department store on Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills, Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie, Paris and Nicky Hilton, Katharine McPhee, David Arquette and James Franco were just a few of those who showed up unannounced.

Now that the starlets are all friends again, they not only seem to travel in packs, but – trend alert! - we noticed that Paris, Lindsay, Nicole and Kimberly Stewart all strike the same pose on red carpets, with legs crossed and hand on hip.

Meanwhile, online home of trashy gossip, TMZ.com, held their one-year anniversary party the same evening, and as you would expect, only the classiest people helped celebrate. Folks like Shanna Moakler, Girls Gone Wild entrepreneur Joe Francis and Kevin Federline dumpee Shar Jackson toasted the dirt diggers. Paris Hilton, whose videotaped antics have made TMZ a must-read, didn’t appear, however, the fake Paris, Natalie Reid, made the scene.
