New York, July 17, 2006 – If having a billionaire father isn’t enough to make you jealous of Sam Branson, how about the fact that he’s great looking, and a model? Richard Branson’s 21-year-old son Sam hosted the announcement of the U.S. version of the Virgin Festival on Monday at Virgin Megastore on Union Square in Manhattan.

We didn’t even know Sir Richard had a son, and it turns out that Sam Branson is a model, and on his Storm Models profile he's half naked in a magazine layout with none other than Katie Holmes. (Photo at left.)

Unfortunately, the comely young man was not one of those who appeared at the store naked, wearing only a sock.

The Virgin Festival is on September 23 in Baltimore, and there are some great bands on the roster, including The Who, Gnarls Barkley, The Raconteurs, The Scissor Sisters and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah.

It should be the gayest event of the season; if you watch the video at gawker.com, the only people who appeared naked at the Virgin Megastore were men.
