But TV show Extra set up a table and had the bubbly ready to go. Not everyone partook, but they got John Legend to drink his breakfast. The notoriously vain Mariah Carey spent a lot of time primping and powdering before each interview. Why she needed to look fabulous for radio interviews remains a mystery. Patti LaBelle, Cece Winans, Chad Kroeger and Big & Rich all made the early morning press conference. Natasha Bedingfield dashed off early to catch a plane.
