Los Angeles, October 15, 2005 – Ah, movie studio back lots, so full of history. So full of enclosed soundstages. But why use a soundstage when you can hold your fashion show on a Paramount Studios lot, outdoors, basking in Southern California’s pouring rain? Why not make guests wait until the rain stops, and then while the hired hands wipe off all of the seats? Movie people know how to create drama.

And why were we there, dripping and waiting for the 2 B Free fashion show? Because Paris Hilton was walking the runway to show their spring collection. Even with all of the stylists primping her hair, clothing and makeup, our Paris brought along her own accessory - a ferret that she charmingly insisted upon carrying down the runway with her.

Maybe the ferret is Paris’ new good luck charm. Perhaps the little cutie will fill the space left in her heart by her broken engagement to Paris Latsis.

Tinkerbell won't have to run away again if she's jealous of the newest Hilton family member. The last time we checked, ferrets were illegal in California.
