New York, May 20 – As if we hadn’t had enough of television with the Uprfronts going on day and night all week (see coverage below), Friday brought the Daytime Emmy Awards, a full-on, dress-up televised awards show at Radio City Music Hall. Funny lady Ellen DeGeneres was the queen - her show took five awards, including best talk show. Ellen arrived hand-in-hand with girlfriend Portia de Rossi, but later, after winning her multiple awards, brought her mom, Betty, into the press room with her. What does that mean?
