New York, April 8 – Chelsea residents, that honking you heard on Friday night wasn’t a flock of Canadian geese flying overhead. It was Fran Drescher, at the club Cain to celebrate her new TV series, Living with Fran. And like devotees of her old sitcom, The Nanny, her current friends are an eclectic bunch.
