New York, June 17 – Jay-Z tossed a bash celebrating the one-year anniversary of his club 40/40. His lady Beyonce Knowles and her Destiny’s Child mates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams reunited and partied with Mariah Carey, L.A. Reid, Ashanti and Wesley Snipes. Kid Rock came by after hitting Entertainment Weekly’s “Must List” party at Crobar.

Jay-Z and Beyonce left the party separately, as they usually do. One comes out, and then a few moments later the other does, and they both get into his blue Maybach. (There’s a perfectly logical reason for this, we’re sure.)

Anyway, on this happy and relaxed evening, security guards escorting Jay-Z across the street to his car manhandled a female photographer. One guard then shouted at the swarming paparazzi, “Get away from the car!” A photographer shot back, “I’m not touching your car”, to which Mr. Security replied, “We’ll break your camera! We get $15,000 for every camera we break.”

Which we think is a pretty good deal. Do they get health insurance too?
