Adrien Brody, Michelle Dupont & Ceelo at Zegna boutique   Jennifer Lopez goes Inside the Actors Studio   EXCLUSIVE - Beyonce & Jay-Z cheer on the Knicks at Madison Square Garden

Bill Murray at Brooklyn Academy of Music   Richard Gere joins Tibetan protestors outside the United Nations

New York, April 12-16 – This week’s leftovers: While everyone was out of the closet at Monday’s GLAAD Media Awards, Jennifer Lopez went inside – Inside the Actors’ Studio with James Lipton, that is. J. Lo’s on-again love, the singer Marc Anthony, was there for the taping, squelching rumors of a breakup (although the pair arrived and left separately).

Isn’t it nice that dogs are welcome at the new Ermenegildo Zegna flagship store? Michelle Dupont’s Chihuahua, Ceelo, got even more attention than her human date, Adrien Brody, at the store’s opening bash on Tuesday. We don’t know any Oscar-winning actors to shop with, but we’ll definitely bring our pooch along to help us pick out expensive suits.

Speaking of Oscars, that same evening film junkies headed to the Brooklyn Academy of Music where best-actor nominee Bill Murray was feted with a retrospective of his films, culminating with a Q&A session with NY Times critic Elvis Mitchell. Are Bill Murray and director Jim Jarmusch dating? Jarmusch attended the BAM event, and also participated in MOMA’s recent Sofia Coppola tribute. What’s the connection? Anyone?

Oh, and we started Tuesday with Richard Gere – big day for big actors – outside the U.N. joining a protest against China’s treatment of Tibet. Hunger-striking Tibetans were passionate, even so early in the morning, even without coffee.

On Wednesday, we found Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z at Madison Square Garden, beaming at the Knicks’ victory over Cleveland.
