October 16 - The awards just keep piling up. The GQ "Men of the Year" Awards honored eighteen men of distinction in the worlds of music, fashion, film, literature, sports, comedy, television, theater and the culinary arts. Whew, that covers a lot. GQ wisely left out the fields of business and politics; today's awardees could be tomorrow's convicts.

The savvy folks at GQ have this award trademarked ("TM" symbol above), so those of you planning your own GQ "Men of the Year" Awards ceremony are out of luck. It'll be televised December 14th on NBC, so we won't reveal the winners now, but we will say that we did not win any. Maybe next year.
